Staff
The key staff involved in project execution have high academic standards and tremendous credentials in their areas of specialisation. Key professionals have diverse range of expertise in the areas of community development promotion; water, sanitation and hygiene promotion; human resource development experts, gender mainstreaming specialists, micro/rural enterprise development experts, capacity building and trainers. Professionals from the following specialised areas are available to undertake any contractual assignments.

NECPAD’s Volunteers and Partners
NECPAD works with volunteers and partner organisations. Currently, NECPAD has 20 Volunteers with experience in community management, child labour, anti-slavery and HIV/AIDS issues. In addition, NECPAD works with 21 Peer Educators whose services are employed in the execution of HIV/AIDS projects sponsored by the Ghana AIDS Commission (GAC).
NECPAD also knows from experience that a sound knowledge of the local situation is best obtained from working with local partner organisations. We therefore co-operate extensively with district level NGOs and community-based organisations (CBOs) in the execution of projects. These partnerships range from temporary associations to long term joint ventures. Currently, NECPAD is in co-operation with 13 of such Partner Organisations
